We ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We carefully package all toys to protect them during transit, especially unique or delicate items.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text (depending on what you selected at checkout).
You can track your package at any time through the carrier’s website.

❗ Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
💚 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
